1. Demolition:

Disconnect the water supply, remove the drain stopper, and extract the overflow plate. Remove the screws or bolts securing the bathtub to the floor and wall. Carefully detach and lift out the old tub, being mindful of plumbing connections.

2. Floor Preparation:

Clear the bathtub area of debris and level the floor. If necessary, install a new subfloor to create a stable base for the new tub.

3. Bathtub Installation:

Fit the new bathtub into the space, ensuring it aligns with the walls and is level. Secure it with screws or bolts, connecting it to the floor studs. Reattach the drain and overflow components.

4. Plumbing Connections:

Connect the bathtub drain to the drainpipe and secure it with a wrench. Connect the overflow pipe to the overflow fitting. Tighten all plumbing connections to prevent leaks.

5. Water Testing:

Reconnect the water supply and turn on the water. Check for leaks at all connections and tighten any loose fittings. Allow the water to flow for several minutes to test for any issues.

6. Caulking:
